All Leader appointments must follow the normal process:
          
           • All new leaders (including leaders joining from other Districts) must go through the CRB process
           • All new leaders (including leaders changing their role within the Group or District) must complete an AA (Adult Application) form
           • All new leaders (including leaders changing their role within the Group or District) must attend a meeting of the Appointments
             sub-committee
           • All new leaders (including leaders changing their role within the Group or District) are expected to complete a PLP (Personal Learning              Plan) in conjunction with a Training Advisor (TA)
           • All leaders will wear full Scout uniform whenever appropriate
           • Holders of Warrants are required to complete satisfactorily appropriate Adult Training within three years or the Warrant will lapse (POR              Rule 4.32.a)
