Nights Away Notification
This form provides the information a Commissioner requires to APPROVE an event to take place (i.e. POR 9.1b/9.1c). Each group attending a Nights Away event (including County or District events) will need to submit this information.
For all Nights Away experiences your completed NAN Form and Risk Assessment should be with the District Commissioner’s appointee (see below) at least 21 days before the event (in normal circumstances) or preferably earlier. You can send your NAN form and Risk Assessment as soon as you have all the required information, no need to wait until 21 days before the event!
