Bromley Scout helps others..and raises over £1,000 for Charity

A 14th Bromley Scout has helped others by having a haircut and donated her hair to make wigs for others without hair and also raised  over £1,000 for Charity.
Beau Morton-Turner a Scout with the 14th Bromley has raised over £1,000 for the Make a wish Foundation by getting people to sponsor her to have her long hair cur short.  The 15 inches of her hair that was cut off has been donated to the Little Princess Charity which will use it to make wigs for other children who have no hair.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
